Tonight, January 13th, is JDA's kickboxing night! A local kickboxing studio in Redlands is closing down the studio just for JDA members and giving us a private lesson starting at 7:30pm. Please try to be there by 7:15. Call your class rep for directions, or email me at ashleySspencer@gmail.com.
Last year this class was a huge hit! It is such a fun work out and you can do it full out or make it as easy as you want depending on how comfortable you feel. We even have some pregnant JDA members coming to the class! If you come you will be eligible for an awesome prize we will be raffling off, so please come. Even if you just want to watch and see what the workout is all about.
After the class we will be heading to Golden Spoon for a little treat. Hope to see you tonight!
